Our journey with BrightNest Emotional Learning
Discover the heart behind BrightNest Emotional Learning. Learn about our mission, our unique approach, and the positive impact we strive to make in children's emotional well-being. We are here to support your child's growth every step of the way.

Our inspiring beginning
BrightNest Emotional Learning was born from a very personal experience. I began struggling with my mental health at the age of seven, and these challenges became even more pronounced when my father passed away when I was eight. I deeply feel that I would have benefited immensely from resources like ours during those formative years, as I began my mental health journey. This personal history fuels our passion to provide the support I wished I had then, for children facing similar struggles today.

What makes us unique?
At BrightNest Emotional Learning, our difference lies in our authenticity and understanding. Our resources are crafted by someone who has truly been in your child's position before, navigating the complexities of mental health from a young age. This lived experience allows us to create products that are not only evidence-informed and child-friendly but also deeply empathetic and relevant to the emotional landscapes children explore. We bring a level of insight and genuine care that sets us apart.

Who benefits from our packs?
Our emotional learning packs are designed to benefit a wide range of individuals and groups. Parents, teachers, school counsellors, therapists, homeschool families, and youth support professionals will find invaluable tools within our resources. We aim to foster education and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, particularly children's mental health. Our hope is to empower children to build confidence, resilience, and essential emotional skills, leading to positive and lasting changes in their well-being.
"BrightNest Emotional Learning provides truly invaluable resources for children's well-being. The empathy and professionalism shine through every pack."
